Phase 1: Weight Loss

Reset your body to burn fat and lose the weight.

In Phase 1, you’ll closely follow the Ideal Protein meal plan. This plan restricts carbohydrates, fats and sugar, which allows your body to enter a state called ketosis. This is safe and natural and allows your body to burn stored fats which results in weight loss.

Phase 1 includes:

  • 3 Ideal Protein foods a day

  • Weekly online coaching

  • Ongoing education

  • Access to cooking and fitness videos

  • Primary care provider communication (if applicable)

  • Weekly progress reports

  • And more!

You’ll remain on Phase 1 until you reach your weight loss goal.

Phase 2: Stabilization

Reset your mind and build healthy habits that can last you a lifetime.

After you get to your goal weight and move to Phase 2, your body may fight to regain that weight by desiring more calories than necessary. This is where most people see the scale go back up and fail to manage the hard work they put in.

In Phase 2, you’ll slowly reintroduce carbs and healthy fats to curb hunger, improve energy, and satisfy cravings.

You and your coach will closely monitor your body’s physical and emotional response to determine what your body can handle and what you need to maintain a healthy body.

Phase 2 includes:

  • Up to two meal replacements per day

  • Weekly online coaching

  • Personalized meal plans

  • Primary care provider communication (if applicable)

  • Weekly progress reports

  • And more!

Typically, Phase 2 lasts between 2-8 weeks.

Phase 3: Maintenance

Put what you have learned into practice and keep the weight off for good.

Phase 3 is where you set the rules for maintaining your weight within a 5-pound range.

This Phase lasts 12 months and during this time, you will still check in with your coach, just not every week.

These are some things you can expect from Phase 3:

  • Healthy food choices

  • Healthy eating patterns

  • Behavior change

  • Meal planning
