In Phase 1, you’ll closely follow the Ideal Protein meal plan. This plan restricts carbohydrates, fats and sugar, which allows your body to enter a state called ketosis. This is safe and natural and allows your body to burn stored fats which results in weight loss.

You’ll remain on Phase 1 until you reach your weight loss goal.
After you get to your goal weight and move to Phase 2, your body may fight to regain that weight by desiring more calories than necessary. This is where most people see the scale go back up and fail to manage the hard work they put in.
In Phase 2, you’ll slowly reintroduce carbs and healthy fats to curb hunger, improve energy, and satisfy cravings.
You and your coach will closely monitor your body’s physical and emotional response to determine what your body can handle and what you need to maintain a healthy body.

Typically, Phase 2 lasts between 2-8 weeks.
Phase 3 is where you set the rules for maintaining your weight within a 5-pound range.
This Phase lasts 12 months and during this time, you will still check in with your coach, just not every week.
