40 lbs. in 3 Months!

The best way to predict the future is to create it!  What I mean by this is Last summer, I was sitting in a computer chair with no motivation and weighing 230 pounds.  I was so insecure that I would only leave the house to go to school.

Today, thanks to Stephanie Edwards and Ideal Health, I stand at 190 pounds, 40 pounds lighter and Loving it! I work out every day and LOVE it, not only because I have to but because it has become a way of life for me. I believe if you work out, eat well and be patient, your body will reward you.

About four years ago, my weight began to increase at an alarming rate. I was undergoing fertility treatments that helped me to pack on nearly 30 lbs. Then I became pregnant with my first child and the pounds continued to pile on easily. By the time that I had my son, I was about 275 lbs. I kind of ignored the weight gain, because I had my beautiful boy and pregnancy weight comes off easily, right?!?

Then with a whole host of other changes and stresses, I lost some of the weight only to become pregnant again. This time I was way more careful about what I ate and still gained a significant amount of weight. When I gave birth to my daughter, I was a whopping 265 lbs. With two babies to keep up with and a full time career, something needed to change.

I had heard about Ideal Protein from a friend of my mother's and decided that it was time to get to it. When I started this life change, I was a little skeptical; but the first week, I dropped more than 5 lbs.--something I hadn't been able to do by myself. My coworkers were all doing another diet together and not seeing any progress (because they were cheating).

I went to work having lost a 2-3 pounds every week. I got compliments about how my look was changing, but also for my ability to stick with it. IT IS SO EASY! My friends think I look great, my co-workers are seriously impressed, but more importantly my husband thinks I look "hot". I have found that my self-confidence is renewed and I couldn't be happier with the changes.

About 3 years ago, I was on medication which made me gain 20 lbs. on top of the 20 lbs. that I needed to lose prior to the medication. When I got off the medication, I was up 40 lbs. and felt horrible. I tried to lose the weight for the past couple of years on other programs and have had no success with the program and even with exercising 3 to 4 days per week. My daughter got engaged in December 2011 and was getting married in August 2012, and I felt I needed to lose the weight because I did not want to look the way I did in her wedding pictures and felt horrible about myself every time I looked at her pictures.

After I read an Ideal Health newsletter in May 2012, I decided I needed to try the Ideal Protein Program. I was on the program for 4 months and lost a little over 40 lbs. and went from a size 14-16 to a size 6. I stuck with the program, and I lost an average of 3 to 4 lbs. per week. I have a lot more energy and a lot more stamina for my Cardio Boxing classes I take 3 times a week and I feel great!!! Each week I was amazed at not only the weight that I lost, but the inches that were coming off. I could not believe how quickly it came off.

If you stick to the program, you will get the results and the rewards are so much greater than you can imagine!!!! I want to thank Stephanie at Ideal Health, LLC for helping me reach my goal and feel the best I have felt in a very long time!!!! I would highly recommend this program to everyone as it really WORKS!!! The key is that you really have to WANT to Succeed!!!!

Best thing ever!

I started with Ideal Health on January 8, 2015.  I was nervous and somewhat a little overwhelmed.  I had never tried a program like Ideal Protein.  Stephanie assured me that I could do it.  She was very helpful and supportive on helping me plan my meals and snacks.  It was even during the Superbowl play-offs, and the Patriots were in the running--that meant lots of food and drinks on Sunday! :)  I was able to create smart choices and still have a good time with family and friends and not feel left out.

The daily videos and recipes were extremely helpful.  I watched them while I had breakfast and it was my motivation for the day.  I learned new recipes and new ways to enjoy my veggies.

The pounds came off easily and consistently.  People were noticing and I felt great both physically and mentally. The program is easy to follow and the food is tasty.  The best part is that you have somene there to help and support you through it all.  Stephanie showed me how to order in restaurants and get through birthday parties and even my son's wedding!  I stayed on track through it all and I am maintaining my weight loss several months after I have reached my goal.

When I went to the meeting, along with a friend, I didn’t expect to see the results I received... Full testimonial: Ideal Health/Ideal Protein...well big surprise to me, it is also “Ideal Weight”! When I went to the meeting, along with a friend, I didn't expect to see the results I received. I felt like "here we go again" another try and failure. I followed the program exactly as detailed.

The weight came off quickly at first, then slow and, stead—losing not only the pounds but inches. I am now on the Phase 4 (the maintenance phase) and feel great! I get compliments everywhere I go. It took me only 10 weeks to get to the desired weight with no exercise.

I went from stretching a size 14 to a comfortable size 8. It is so much better to put something on and find it is too big, rather than too small!!! It is comforting to know that I can return any time if the weight starts creeping back on, but feel pretty confident that will not be necessary as I have also learned how to make healthier choices. Well I had to make some big changes to the way I’ve been eating & drinking...

Well I had to make some big changes to the way I've been eating & drinking...in December of 2011 my triglycerides were over a thousand, my blood sugar was 122, the Dr. could not even read my cholesterol and my liver counts were extremely high! I can’t believe my weight got up to 259lbs. and my off again on again dieting was not working!

I decided to signed up for a great new approach to weight loss by joining a plan called the Ideal Protein Program. It cuts out carbs and booze till you get on track and puts you on a food plan based on more protein. I'm proud to say I'm down from my high of 259lbs. Jan 3rd, 2012. to 225 lbs as of Jan. 28, 2012….an amazing 34 lbs. in less than 4 weeks and I feel great.

I see no problem getting to my goal of 195lbs. by early March. I truly have to thank the folks at Ideal Health, LLC the owners and coaches that been there for me through the entire process and credit them with saving my life. I now know I have a greater chance to be around when my beautiful Granddaughters graduate from high school. If you were like me for the last 15 years and tried a lot of “diets” but never could really keep the weight off or even get close to your goal and just gave up even trying please don't and look into this great plan, you'll amazed!
